Poiema Project

The work we are doing right now.

Poiema Project is a wellness and advocacy platform. These are the two projects currently underway. More will follow.

Advocacy and education, one project at a time.

Each project under Poiema Project is built around a specific gap, a place where people are not getting the information, care, or protection they deserve. Some projects are publications. Some are programs, research, or direct work with communities.

Right now there is one active project and more in the works.

Rooted Rhythm

There is no shortage of health information for college-aged women. But most of it promises clarity while creating more confusion. Rooted Rhythm exists to slow things down, sifting through the noise, asking better questions, and returning to what is grounded, honest, and life-giving. Health approached through faith, biology, and wisdom.
